You Only Covet For What You Dont Need

1. As a child of God you always have what you need when you need it


2. You never have anything you don't need.


3. God Faithfully gives the desires of your heart

When one becomes a child of God through Christ Jesus they assume all the rights of the children of God. God becomes a legal Parent and this case a Good Father to them. He provides to them what he knows is good. He presents everything they Need even when they have not asked for it. He does not give them what they want until it becomes a need. Needs have a characteristic which makes them require quick attention. They can not wait for time to come but wants can. If we compare the two we realize that we dwell much on what we want and not what we need.

By this we flock our prayers with wants which we are sure can never be given to us until they change and become needs. A want may never become a need in life. Its amazing that all people want almost the same things but need different items. I may be in need of  car when you need a bicycle.

It is true we all want to have cars but God gives us what we need when we need. It is written in James 4:2 :" You desire and you do not have so you covet. You forget that what God has not given you is not a need. You can save yourself hours and days of stress praying to God for things you saw with others and instead have time to understand more about God. You can now understand Why you prayed to get a car like that of your neighbor but you have been driving a old model to today....

Once that model becomes a need to you God will give it to you even when you have not asked for. Try thanking God for being Faithful to always provide what you need at the point of need. No wonder the word of God says " there you shall obtain grace enough for the time of NEED.
Coveting therefore if facilitated by your wants and not needs.
