- I am growing
- There are things I can not do without and there are others I can do without
- There are things that surround me and in one way they affect the way I do things.....
Now why am I limited in control? How comes I can control some and others I have no authority over no matter how i strive to do? I can decide to go where I want but I can not decide when the sun will shut its light up. Why Is it that I have to fit myself in some programs? I think there is someone greater than me who controls those I can not control. Now who is this? Is he a man? I doubt, he must have a lot money and may too old. I strongly feel this is not a man. Possibly the sun? No the son looks like its beying orders. This controller must be flexible. The sun only does one thing all round. When I was born It was still doing it. I think its no different in submission to the toys we have. I think this controller is greater than anything I am able to see. He can not control the stars which are too big when he is maybe small could be they would overpower him.
What about growing old? Doesn't he grow old? Are there assistants? and when men die what happens because they never return to life. This is really a mystery!! I have to find out if there is anything he requires from me. I cant just ignore him and work out my life alone. I may do things in the wrong way and offend him, I don't know.
These Questions questions help us to understand that there is one who controls our lives. This is the God of Heaven and Earth, the creator of all things, both the visible and invisible. He is the one who controls all things in his power and has no one over him. He is invisible and so can not be visualized in a human mind. He can not be compared with anything he created however His testimony is portrayed on his creation. He is God over all.
Many people have attributed him to things that are visible but He is invisible. Others have made objects and called them gods but to their own error they exchange the glory of a immortal God with items he made.
Where does this God live? On earth or on the sky? where is his dwelling?
In his word he says: "Heaven is my dwelling place: the earth is my footstool" By this we understand how great he is. If really the earth we know is a footstool and Heaven we have not seen is his throne How great is he? God is great and great are his works.
Then what does he have to do with me?
